Using Veloxa
By using Veloxa, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the platform lawfully. The platform helps service businesses manage bookings, customers, staff, notifications, and reports, but it does not replace the business owner's responsibility to their customers.
Business responsibility
The business is responsible for the accuracy of its business profile, services, prices, and working hours, for customer data it enters, and for obtaining any consent needed to contact customers through email, WhatsApp, or any other channel.
WhatsApp Business and Meta
When WhatsApp is connected, the business must comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta policies. Messages must be used for legitimate service purposes such as booking confirmations, reminders, and updates. The platform may not be used to send spam, unsolicited messages, or unlawful content.
Subscriptions and payment
Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions continue according to the selected plan until cancelled or expired. Veloxa may provide free trials or complimentary activations according to administrative decisions or available offers.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the platform, bypass security, upload harmful content, impersonate another party, infringe another person's rights, or use customer data outside its authorized purpose.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service stable, but maintenance, outages, or delays from external providers such as email or WhatsApp/Meta may occur. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect losses caused by account misuse or inaccurate data.
Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated when they violate these terms or create risk for the platform, users, or customers. Account owners may stop using the service or request data deletion according to the Data Deletion Instructions.
